Free Printable Blessing Cards
Free printable blessing cards and prayer cards for holidays, lunchboxes and daily encouragement. Download, print at home and share with people you love.

There is something about a paper card that a text cannot match. You can tuck it into a lunchbox, prop it on a windowsill or slip it into a hospital gift bag, and it stays there long after a message would scroll away. This page gathers all our free printable blessing cards in one place: holiday card sets, scripture cards, lunchbox notes, prayer journal pages and a card maker for adding a name. Each set prints at home on cardstock. Below you will find what each set includes, how to print, ideas for using them and sample card texts.

Printable Scripture Cards
Scripture cards are small enough to keep on a mirror, a car visor or a desk. Many people print a set, keep one in a pocket and read it during the day.
Our printable scripture cards are designed for daily encouragement, with a short verse on each card and room to write a note on the back.
- Read me slowly. Then carry me with you today.
- This verse is for you this week. Keep it close.
- One verse, one minute, one deep breath.
- Tape this somewhere you will see it every morning.
Lunchbox Blessing Notes
A folded note in a lunchbox is a small hug in the middle of a school day. Kids often keep them in a backpack pocket for weeks.
Our lunchbox notes printable has short, kid-friendly blessings and space to sign your name.

Printable Prayer Journal Pages
A prayer journal helps you notice how God answers over time. Writing a prayer down slows your thoughts and gives you a record to look back on.
Our printable prayer journal pages include spaces for gratitude, requests, answered prayers and a weekly verse.
- Today I am thankful for…
- Lord, here is what is on my heart this morning.
- Someone I am praying for this week:

How to Print Your Blessing Cards
You do not need special tools. A home printer works well for every set, and each one takes only a few minutes to print and cut.
- Download the PDF from the set’s page and save it to your computer or phone.
- Use cardstock. White or ivory cardstock (65 lb to 110 lb) keeps cards sturdy. Plain paper works for lunchbox notes and journal pages.
- Print at actual size. Choose “Actual size” or “100%,” not “Fit to page,” so cards come out the right size.
- Cut along the guides. A paper trimmer gives the cleanest edges, but scissors work too.
- Fold or punch. Fold place cards on the dotted line, or punch a hole in a corner to make a gift tag.
No printer at home? Most office supply stores and many libraries can print a PDF on cardstock for a small fee.

- Numbers 6:24-26 (KJV): “The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.” A beautiful card for any occasion.
- Psalm 118:24 (KJV): “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Perfect for a mirror or a lunchbox.
- Philippians 1:3 (KJV): “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,” Lovely in a thank-you card.
- Deuteronomy 6:9 (KJV): “And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.” A fitting verse for a framed card by the front door.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these printable blessing cards really free?
Yes. Every card set on this page is free to download and print at home for personal use, church groups and gifts. You can print as many copies as you need for your family, classroom or Bible study. Please do not sell the files or the printed cards, and link back to the page when sharing online.
What paper is best for printable prayer cards?
White or ivory cardstock between 65 lb and 110 lb works best. It keeps cards sturdy and stops them from curling. Matte cardstock is easier to write on than glossy. For lunchbox notes and journal pages, regular printer paper is fine and costs less, especially if you print a large batch.
How do I add a name to a blessing card?
Use our blessing card maker to choose a design, type a name and download the finished card. You can also print a blank card and write the name by hand with a fine-tip pen. Handwritten names often feel more personal, especially for place cards and gifts.
What can I write on a blank blessing card?
Start with the person’s name, add a one-line blessing and sign it. For example: “Sarah, may God fill your week with small mercies and good surprises. Love, Mom.” A short Bible verse underneath makes it even more meaningful. Keep it brief so the card is easy to read at a glance.
